Flooding Error Empty Flooding Error

Hey guys,
I don't know if you have noticed this or not, but the site has by default enabled a feature with makes you hold for 5 seconds before posting/replying to keep the flood control in check. I was planning on removing this, but I wanted to check with you guys first. What do you think? Post below!

@Darth, I agree. But I have raised the minimum waiting time but decreased the amount of posts before activation.

From now on, you need to wait at least 10 seconds between edits/posts/commenting to do any of the ones stated.
