How about a marketplace so people can sell their product?
Also a "deal dispute" to report scammers.

I don't think it's copying. most forums have a marketplace.

Also, we could have a thing where mods would check someones reputation, and once they had a certain amount of trust, they would have a thing on they're name. And if they exit scam, they are banned instantly and a header is put on the forum so no one else is scammed by them. The same idea with the header for compromised skypes as well.

I'd like it to be more of a BLACK MARKET
Since we're selling exploits, programs, hacks, etc. It would sound more attracting.
