Enabling HTML

Hello Guys,
This Friday, at exactly 6:00  PM unless noted otherwise, HTML will be enabled for all users. We hope you guys will like this improvement. Not much to say in this topic...

Also, I have allowed announcements to be replied to, so you dont have to post in another section to ask something. Replying to this announcement is for announcement related purposes ONLY. You can agree, give suggestions, or disagree in the comments.

I like the ability to reply to the announcement. It makes it easier on the staff and on the users.

@Team External, well first off all, Ill just send a password change to my email over and over. XD
Next, there's no VIP package anyways you can just activate. Once Kanade confirms your purchase I manually give you the benefits.
